Avocado, Chocolate & Pistachio Pops

- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk 395g
- 150milliliter Woolworths thickened cream
- 60grams dark chocolate, melted
- 2tablespoons pistachio kernels, finely chopped
- 6 popsicle sticks
Description
No reason to get green with envy: there's enough of these tasty avocado popsicles to share around! Plus, they're made with simple ingredients you might already have in your fridge, pantry and fruit bowl!
Method
Step 1 of 3
Scoop out avocado flesh and place in a blender with condensed milk. Blitz until smooth. Add cream and blend until thick.
Step 2 of 3
Divide mixture among 6 x 1/3-cup-capacity ice-block moulds. Insert a popsicle stick into each mould, then freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
Step 3 of 3
Remove pops from moulds. Drizzle with chocolate and sprinkle with pistachios. Serve.
