  • 1/4teaspoons Woolworths chilli powder
  • 1/2teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1/4teaspoons poppy seeds
  • pinch ground ginger
  • 1/2 small orange, zested, juiced
  • 1tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 avocados
  • 4 Qukes® baby cucumbers, sliced lengthways
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced into rounds
  • 1/4 sheet nori, finely chopped
  • 1/4 bunch coriander, sprigs picked

Description

Ready in just 20 minutes, this simple avocado, cucumber and red onion salad is elevated with the addition of a zesty, Japanese-inspired dressing full of texture and flavour.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Combine chilli, seeds, ginger, orange zest, orange juice, oil and a pinch of freshly cracked black pepper in a small bowl.

Step 2 of 3

Halve 1 avocado, then quarter remaining avocados and deseed.

Step 3 of 3

Arrange avocado, cucumber and onion on a serving plate. Spoon dressing over plate and sprinkle with nori. Top with coriander. Serve.
