- 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries, thawed

Description
Cosy up in the morning to a warming, hearty bowl of Lowan Rolled Wholegrain Oats loaded with tangy berries and drizzled with maple syrup.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Lightly grease a 5cm-deep, 8-cup-capacity baking dish.
Step 2 of 3
Combine oats, milk, baking powder, banana, chia, cinnamon, vanilla and 1/4 cup maple syrup in a large bowl.
Step 3 of 3
Transfer mixture to prepared dish. Scatter with half of the berries. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and set. Serve dolloped with yoghurt, drizzled with maple syrup and topped with remaining berries.
