A tasty dinner made in minutes. Save time on prep with this brilliant chicken meal the whole family will love.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook skewers, stirring occasionally, for 7-8 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from the heat.

Step 2 of 3

Vent the microwave rice packet and microwave for 21/2 minutes. Add rice and black beans to the pan and stir to combine. Season well with salt and pepper.

Step 3 of 3

Place salad ingredients and dressing from the kit in a medium bowl and toss to combine. Divide skewers and black bean rice and salad between plates to serve.
