  • 600grams Woolworths Free From Gluten chicken schnitzels
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
  • 200grams Woolworths classic coleslaw
  • 1/2 bunch coriander, leaves picked
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 4 Woolworths Free From Gluten White Burger Bun bases
  • 3/4 cup dill pickle, drained, sliced

Description

Crunchy chicken schnitzel with sriracha slaw in a brioche bun. These enticing gluten-free chicken burgers can be enjoyed by the whole family.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper

Step 2 of 5

Remove schnitzels from packet, then place on tray. Bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, or until golden and cooked through.

Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and sriracha sauce in a small bowl, reserving one-third of the mixture.

Step 4 of 5

Combine coleslaw, coriander, lime juice and remaining mayonnaise mixture in a large bowl.

Step 5 of 5

Top 4 bun bases with reserved mayonnaise mixture, schnitzel and coleslaw. Sandwich with bun tops. Serve with pickle.
