- 2tablespoons tomato chutney
- 1 handful cos lettuce
- 1/4 cup hummus
- 2 gluten-free wraps
- 1/3 cup cheddar, grated
- 1/2 cup pumpkin, roasted, mashed
- 1 cup BBQ chicken, shredded
- 2tablespoons caramelised onion relish
Method
Step 1 of 3
Place wraps on a clean work surface. Spread wraps with half the hummus and top with mashed pumpkin, lettuce and chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and relish.
Step 2 of 3
Place wrap on a sheet of baking paper. Roll up firmly, then roll up in baking paper and twist ends to close. Cut in half.
Step 3 of 3
Pack in a lunch box with a freezer pack to keep cool.
