  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 180°C. Cook lamb as per pack instructions. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Step 2 of 3

Meanwhile, shred 6 large mint leaves. Combine with yoghurt and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3 of 3

Thinly slice lamb. Spread wraps with yoghurt mixture, top with lamb, cucumber, onion and mint leaves. Roll up to enclose. Wrap in baking paper and tie with string. Serve.
