Description

This hearty Greek salad with tuna in chilli oil and haloumi can be whipped up in 15 minutes and served as a side dish or light main meal.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook haloumi for 1 minute each side or until golden brown.

Step 2 of 4

Layer rocket, ingredients from the Greek salad kit (reserving dressing), capsicum and tuna on a large serving platter.

Step 3 of 4

Top salad with haloumi.

Step 4 of 4

Drizzle with reserved salad dressing. Season with pepper. Serve.
