Description
Thin. Crispy and oh so moreish. My take on thin oat cookies. Simple to make and 100% adaptable to have other spices added for more flavour!
Method
Step 1 of 4
Pre-heat oven to 170 fan forced. Mix sugars together in a bowl and add oil and egg.
Step 2 of 4
Slowly add in dry ingredients, starting with the flour before adding salt, cinnamon and oats.
Step 3 of 4
Roll 2 tsps into one cookie and flatten on the baking tray. You may need to wet your hands slightly and use the tips of your fingers to flatten them down.
Step 4 of 4
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
