- 1teaspoons baking powder
- 60grams custard powder
- 60grams pure icing sugar, sifted

These delightful custard biscuits make an ideal gift or accompaniment to your afternoon tea spread.
Method
Step 1 of 5
Preheat oven to 180 degrees (160 fan forced).
Step 2 of 5
Grease or line a tray with baking paper.
Step 3 of 5
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, add all other ingredients and mix until a soft dough mixture is formed.
Step 4 of 5
Roll into small balls and place on baking tray and lightly flatten them with a fork. Bake for 15-20 mins or until golden brown
Step 5 of 5
When biscuits are cooked place on a cooling rack and when cool sprinkle with icing sugar.
