- 1 egg
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1teaspoons cinnamon ground
- 5teaspoons brown sugar
- 2teaspoons raw sugar
- 2tablespoons butter

Description
A delicious apple pie with a hint of tartness.
Method
Step 1 of 8
Remove skin, cut the granny smith apples into bite-size cubes
Step 2 of 8
Melt butter in the pan, add in the apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar, and stew on low heat until the apples become soft and caramelized.
Step 3 of 8
Allow the puff pastry sheet to thaw before cutting it into 6 rectangular portions.
Step 4 of 8
Allow the apples to cool before arranging it on 3 rectangular puff pastry sheets, brush beaten egg wash on the edges of the sheets.
Step 5 of 8
Cut 4 slits on the other 3 pastry sheets, then put on top of the 3 pastry sheets with the apples. Press down on the edges to seal, may use a fork around the edges.
Step 6 of 8
Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with raw sugar.

Preheat the oven and bake for 15 mins or until brown at 200 degrees celsius.
