Description

This recipe makes the best brownie ever, may not look too attractive, but tastes amazing.
Instruction tip
Instead of macadamia nuts you could use ground almonds or walnuts.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time and beat well after each one.

Step 2 of 4

Stir in chopped macadamia nuts, sifted flour, baking powder and cocoa and mix until well combined. Stir in melted dark chocolate and white & milk chocolate chips then spoon into prepared cake tin.

Step 3 of 4

Line a 20cm square cake tin with baking paper. Preheat oven to 170°C.

Step 4 of 4

Bake for 40 minutes or until a cake tester withdraws clean. Stand in tin for 5 minutes before turning it out onto a wire rack to cool. Cut into squares once cooled.
