  • 1/3 cup self-raising flour
  • 125grams butter, softened
  • 1teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chunks
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup caster sugar
  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter

Method

Step 1 of 5

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a 18x28cm shallow pan with baking paper.

Using an electric mixer, cream butter and peanut butter until well combined.

Step 3 of 5

Add sugars and beat until light and creamy. Add egg and vanilla and beat to combine. Stir in sifted flours and chocolate chunks.

Step 4 of 5

Spread mixture evenly into pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked when tested with a skewer.

Step 5 of 5

Cool in pan then cut into wedges.
