  • 1teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 250grams unsalted butter, softened
  • 200grams plain pretzels, broken slightly to form antler shapes
  • 200grams chocolate chips
  • 28 jaffas
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven 180°C/160°C fan forced. Grease & line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Put 50 NESTLÉ BAKERS’ CHOICE Milk CHOC BITS to one side (for the eyes).

Step 2 of 4

Using an electric mixer, beat butter, sugar & NESTLÉ SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK until pale & creamy. Reduce speed to low, add flour, baking powder & vanilla essence & mix until the dough comes together.

Step 3 of 4

Stir in NESTLÉ BAKERS’ CHOICE Milk BITS. Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls, place on trays; using fingertips gently flatten. Arrange extra CHOC BITS to make Rudolph’s eyes and pretzel shapes to make ears.

Step 4 of 4

Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven & gently press in ALLEN’S JAFFAS into warm cookies to form Rudolph’s nose.Use remaining NESTLÉ SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK to make a yummy caramel topping for Ice cream!
