- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 1/2 cups self rising flour
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2teaspoons salt
- 200grams white chocolate melts
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup greek yoghurt
- 1/2teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2teaspoons bicarb

My take on a white brownie, a yummy, morish, overly sweet treat perfect for a Sunday arvo treat!
Method
Step 1 of 6
Combine eggs. Oil and sugar and mix.
Add salt and baking agents.
Step 2 of 6
Add in yoghurt and flour one tbs at a time until the mixture just comes together.
Step 3 of 6
Add raspberries and about 3/4 of the chocolate.
Step 4 of 6
Place in a square baking dish that has been prepared with baking paper.
Step 5 of 6
Melt remaining chocolate and drizzle on top of the uncooked Blondie.
* optional extra - drizzle with some raspberry or strawberry jam.
Step 6 of 6
Bake at 160 for 25 -30 minutes.
