  • 120grams wheatmeal biscuits, broken

A classic chocolate and biscuit cake that's so easy to make.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat up a pan to a medium heat to combine and melt all the chocolate butter and syrup together.

Step 2 of 4

While this is melting, prepare your dessert bowl by sprinkling some water around the inside and then covering the inside with cling film and push against edges.

Step 3 of 4

Now combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and then thansfer to your serving bowl.

Step 4 of 4

Cover and allow to set in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
