Description

A twist on the normal chocolate chip biscuits by adding raspberries and lollies.
Instruction tip
You can use all plain flour instead of some self raising flour if needed. You could also take out the lollies and just do fruit and chocolate.

Method

Step 1 of 5

Preheat oven to 180C, or 160C fan forced. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

Step 2 of 5

Use an electric mixer to mix the butter and sugars until creamy and well combined.

Step 3 of 5

Add the vanilla and egg, and beat until well combined.

Step 4 of 5

Stir in flours. Stir in raspberry lollies, raspberries and chocolate bits until well combined.

Step 5 of 5

Roll into small balls and place on trays. Cook for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on the tray for a couple of minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
