If you love Ginger, then give these Gingernut Bikkies a whirl.
Method
Step 1 of 8
Gather all the ingredients together. Preheat Oven to 160 degrees fan forced. Line two baking trays with baking paper.
Step 2 of 8
Melt butter in a medium bowl in microwave until just melted. Remove. Add both sugars, golden syrup and egg. Mix until well combined.
Step 3 of 8
Sift flour and spices in a large bowl and combine well.
Step 4 of 8
Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.

Remove from oven and cool completely on wire racks. Once cool, store biscuits in an air tight container.

Bake for about 15 minutes, or until lightly golden (as each oven is different)
