  • 397grams sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup fresh passionfruit pulp
  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

Description

Quick and easy, great when short on time/lazy. Perfect for afternoon tea.

Method

Step 1 of 6

Line a slice pan with baking paper and arrange the biscuits over the base.

Step 2 of 6

Put all other ingredients in a bowl and whisk till well combine.

Step 3 of 6

Pour the mixture over the biscuits.

Step 4 of 6

Bake at 180C for 15 mins or until edges slightly bubbling and top layer is set.

Step 5 of 6

Set aside to cool and place in fridge to chill.

Step 6 of 6

Cut and serve. You can decorate with fresh fruit.
