Method

Step 1 of 4

Toast sesame seeds in a small frying pan over medium heat until golden. Tip into a large bowl; add rice bubbles, cocoa bombs and quinoa flakes.

Step 2 of 4

Place butter and coconut spread in same small frying pan, stir over low heat until just melted. Stir into rice bubble mixture until well combined; making sure ingredients are coated in the melted mixture.

Step 3 of 4

Grease a 16x26cm slice pan. Line base and 2 long sides with a sheet of baking paper. Spoon mixture into pan. Pressing down firmly with a spatula. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.

Step 4 of 4

Lift slice onto a chopping board. Cut into squares. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days. Tip 1: These slices are best stored in the fridge or freezer for up to 2 weeks. Tip 2: You can swap the quinoa flakes with rolled oats and rice bubbles with organic puffed rice. Tip 3: It is essential to cut slice when it's completely set and chilled from the fridge. Use a very sharp knife and wipe away the crumbs on the blade with every cut.
