- 100grams desiccated coconut, keep half for garnish
- 40grams almonds, chopped
- 1teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2tablespoons double cream
- 100grams white chocolate, broken

Description
These nutty treats are rich, buttery and velvety.
Method
Step 1 of 4
In a pot on a medium heat, melt the chocolate with the cream and vanilla for 3 minutes or until melted.
Step 2 of 4
Once melted, remove from the heat and combine the rest of the ingredients only using half of the coconut.
Step 3 of 4
Place in a bowl and allow to cool in the fridge for 2 hours. Place the rest of the coconut in a seperate bowl and remove from mix from the fridge.
Step 4 of 4
Roll your chocolate into about 10 balls and cover fully with the rest of the coconut before serving.
