  • 6-8 drop blue food colouring
  • 6-8 drop green food colouring
  • 6-8 drop Queen yellow food coloring
  • 125grams butter, softened
  • 6-8 drop red food colouring
  • 140grams designer icing white
  • 200grams milk choc bits
  • 1 egg

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 170°C/150°C fan forced. Grease and line 2-3 baking trays with baking paper.

Using an electric mixer, beat WESTERN STAR CHEF’S CHOICE Butter and CSR Brown Sugar until pale and creamy, add egg; beat until just combined. Stir in WHITE WINGS flour and NESTLE BAKERS’ CHOICE Milk CHOC BITS. Mix until well combined.

Divide mixture among four small bowls; tint each bowl a different colour using a few drops of QUEEN Food Colouring.

Step 4 of 4

Roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls; place 4cm apart on prepared trays; gently press down on cookies to flatten slightly. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Set aside on trays for 5 minutes; transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cool, drizzle over DR. OETKER Designer Icing White.
