  • 60grams parmesan

Description

This super simple tagliatelle dish takes no time at all and is packed with zingy flavour with fresh pesto.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Cook the tagliatelle in a pot of boiling water for 8-10 minutes. Drain and reserve some starchy water.

Step 2 of 3

Add the parsley, almonds, lemon juice and zest and parmesan to a food processor with the olive oil and blend to a coarse pesto.

Step 3 of 3

Toss the pasta with pesto and add starchy water as necessary to loosen. Serve with extra parmesan on top, if desired.
