  • 2tablespoons capers, drained

Description

A quick but punchy caper and herb sauce makes this simple dish delicious and flavour packed.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Cook the gnocchi in a pan of boiling water for 3 minutes and drain well.

Step 2 of 3

Blitz the herbs, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and zest in a food processor to a salsa consistency and stir in the capers.

Step 3 of 3

Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan and fry the gnocchi for 3 minutes until crisp. Toss in the salsa and remove from the heat.
