  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and diced
  • 1 medium lemon, juice and zest
  • 200grams crabmeat, tinned
  • 130grams creme fraiche, reduced fat
  • 3tablespoons parsley, fresh, chopped

Description

Ready made gnocchi and tinned crabmeat make this impressive main course dish much simpler to make than you would expect.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Cook the gnocchi in a pan of boiling water for 3 minutes and drain, reserving a cup of liquid.

Step 2 of 3

Heat the oil in a large pan on medium high heat and cook the garlic and lemon zest for 1 minute. Add the crabmeat and cook for 1 minute.

Step 3 of 3

Stir in the gnocchi along with creme fraiche and 4-5 tablespoons of cooking liquid to loosen and cook for 2-3 minutes, adding more water if necessary. Add lemon juice to taste, stir in the parsley and serve.
