- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced
- 8grams creme fraiche
- 2tablespoons truffle oil
- 75grams parmesan, grated

Description
This simple truffle pasta is a restaurant quality dish that is so easy to make.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Bring a large pot of water to the boil and add the pappardelle. Cook for 8 minutes, until al dente, drain and reserve 250ml of cooking water.
Step 2 of 4
Heat the butter and oil in a large pan on medium high heat and cook the mushrooms for 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 3 of 4
Stir in the creme fraiche, parmesan and truffle oil, then add the drained pasta and a couple of splashes of starchy water and toss to coat the pasta.
Step 4 of 4
Serve with extra parmesan on top and cracked black pepper.
