Lunchtime and wraps go hand in hand. Whip up this sweet chilli chicken wrap recipe in 15 minutes, loaded with fresh salad and topped with Greek yoghurt.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Preheat a barbecue or grill pan, spray with olive oil and cook skewers for 2-3 minutes each side, or until cooked through. Remove chicken from skewers.
Step 2 of 2
Top pita breads with chicken, carrot, zucchini, lettuce, tomato, onion, yoghurt and mint. Roll up as a wrap and serve.
