- 2/3 cup Macro Organic passata
- 1teaspoons dried oregano
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 cup basil leaves, firmly packed
- 2teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup fresh ricotta
- 14 cooked tiger prawns, peeled, deveined, tails intact
- 300grams rocket leaves (to serve)

Description
Perfect for summer alfresco dining, try this nutritionally approved prawn pizza that's topped with juicy prawns, creamy ricotta and peppery rocket.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Place pizza base on trays.
Step 2 of 4
Combine passata, oregano and garlic in a small bowl. Spread pizza bases with passata mixture. Bake for 10 minutes or until bases are just golden.
Step 3 of 4
Meanwhile, place basil and oil in a small food processor and process until finely chopped.
Step 4 of 4
Dollop ricotta over pizzas, spoon over basil mixture and top with prawns. Bake for a 3 minutes or until prawns are warmed through. Remove trays from oven. Top pizzas with extra basil and some rocket leaves, then serve with a green salad.
