  • 2teaspoons Woolworths extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup continental parsley leaves, chopped (plus extra leaves to serve)
  • 1/2 wholemeal sourdough loaf, sliced

Description

Try our healthy garlic bread recipe. It includes crusty wholemeal sourdough with a roasted garlic spread and parsley. Give it a try for a dinner party today.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2 of 3

Place garlic on tray and bake for 15 minutes or until soft. Remove tray from oven and squeeze garlic from skin into a bowl. Add oil and parsley, then mash with a fork to combine.

Step 3 of 3

Preheat grill on high. Arrange bread, in a single layer, on tray. Grill for 2 minutes or until golden. Spread garlic mixture over bread. Scatter over extra parsley, season with pepper and serve with Healthier chicken & veggie pizzas.
