  • 3/4 cup self-raising flour (plus extra for dusting)
  • 1tablespoons Woolworths extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

Description

Nothing goes better with a fragrant Indian curry than fluffy garlic naan. Try our healthier version and enjoy fast-food flavours at home.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Place yoghurt and flour in a large bowl. Using a flat-bladed knife, stir until a sticky dough forms. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface. Knead gently until just smooth. Wrap dough in baking paper and set aside for 20 minutes.

Step 2 of 4

Meanwhile, combine oil and garlic in a small jug. Season with pepper.

Step 3 of 4

Divide dough into 4 even portions. Roll each portion into a ball. Using a lightly floured rolling pin, roll out dough to a 1cm-thick oval.

Step 4 of 4

Heat a large, non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Working in batches, cook 2 naan at a time for 2 minutes on each side or until slightly puffed and golden brown. Brush one side with a little garlic mixture. Turn naan, garlic-side down, and cook for 15 seconds or until fragrant. Serve with Healthier chicken curry.
