  • 20grams parmesan, finely grated
  • 2 sprigs continental parsley, leaves picked, finely chopped

Baked to perfection, these healthier potato chips sprinkled with parsley and parmesan will gets the kids' approval at snacktime.

Cooking tip:
Want to use an air fryer? Preheat air fryer to 180°C for 2 minutes, then cook chips, in batches, for 12-15 minutes or until chips are golden and crisp.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2 of 3

Place potato in a large bowl and cover with cold water. Stand for 15 minutes. Drain. Pat dry with paper towels. Return to dry bowl. Spray with oil and toss to coat.

Step 3 of 3

Arrange potato on tray in a single layer. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and crisp. Season with pepper. Serve sprinkled with parmesan and parsley.
