- 20grams parmesan, finely grated
- 2 sprigs continental parsley, leaves picked, finely chopped

Description
Baked to perfection, these healthier potato chips sprinkled with parsley and parmesan will gets the kids' approval at snacktime.
Instruction tip
Cooking tip:Want to use an air fryer? Preheat air fryer to 180°C for 2 minutes, then cook chips, in batches, for 12-15 minutes or until chips are golden and crisp.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2 of 3
Place potato in a large bowl and cover with cold water. Stand for 15 minutes. Drain. Pat dry with paper towels. Return to dry bowl. Spray with oil and toss to coat.
Step 3 of 3
Arrange potato on tray in a single layer. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and crisp. Season with pepper. Serve sprinkled with parmesan and parsley.
