- 250grams Qukes, cut into wedges
- 2tablespoons lemon juice
- 200grams plain Greek-style yoghurt
- 60grams baby rocket leaves
- 50grams feta, crumbled
- 8 whole grain wraps, warmed
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
- 1tablespoons olive oil
- 200grams Solanato tomatoes, halved
- 2 1/2 cup skinless barbecued chicken
- 1 clove garlic, crushed

Method
Step 1 of 3
Place oil and half the lemon juice in a large bowl. Add capsicum, Quke, tomato, onion, olives and feta. Season and toss to combine.

Combine yoghurt, garlic and remaining lemon juice in a small bowl. Season.
Step 3 of 3
Place wraps on plates. Top with salad, chicken and rocket. Serve drizzled with garlic yoghurt.
