  • 2tablespoons lemon juice
  • 200grams plain Greek-style yoghurt
  • 60grams baby rocket leaves
  • 50grams feta, crumbled
  • 8 whole grain wraps, warmed
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1tablespoons olive oil
  • 200grams Solanato tomatoes, halved
  • 2 1/2 cup skinless barbecued chicken
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Method

Step 1 of 3

Place oil and half the lemon juice in a large bowl. Add capsicum, Quke, tomato, onion, olives and feta. Season and toss to combine.

Step 2 of 3

Combine yoghurt, garlic and remaining lemon juice in a small bowl. Season.

Step 3 of 3

Place wraps on plates. Top with salad, chicken and rocket. Serve drizzled with garlic yoghurt.
