  • 1 1/2tablespoons Masterfoods Mediterranean Spice Blend
  • 1teaspoons Masterfoods finely chopped garlic
  • 2tablespoons fresh dill
  • 8 chicken tenderloins (can also use 4 chicken breasts )
  • 3/4 cup Greek style yoghurt
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 lettuce
  • 12 cherry tomatoes

Method

Step 1 of 4

Rub the chicken with the MasterFoods Mediterranean Spice Blend.

Step 2 of 4

Put olive oil in a frying pan and turn on the heat. Add chicken to the pan and cook turning occasionally until chicken is completely cooked through. About 8 minutes. Set aside.

Step 3 of 4

Mix together the yoghurt, lemon, dill & garlic.

Step 4 of 4

To serve, warm the pitas, and then fill with chicken, yoghurt dressing, lettuce & cherry tomatoes.
