- 1.20kilograms Woolworths lamb leg half roast
- 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 punnet oregano, leaves picked
- 360grams Woolworths white soft wraps, warmed
- 2/3 cup Woolworths garlic aioli
- 1 baby cos lettuce, leaves separated
- 200grams Solanato tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Method
Step 1 of 2
Preheat barbecue flatplate over high heat. Rub lamb with oil. Cook lamb for 3 minutes on each side or until browned. Turn off flatplate and turn chargrill on to low. Cook lamb on flatplate, with hood closed and using indirect heat for 35 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. Transfer to a plate, cover loosely with foil and rest for 10 minutes. Thinly slice.

Spread wraps with aioli. Top with lettuce, tomato, onion and lamb. Season with pepper and squeeze over lemon juice. Roll wraps to enclose filling and serve.
