  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 1 Tin of pineapple
  • 4 One Night in Mexico Tortilla with Corn 10pk
  • 12grams One Night in Mexico Smokey Chipotle Seasoning 35g
  • 80milliliter One Night in Mexico Smokey Chipotle Sauce
  • 1 can black beans
  • 500grams chicken
  • 400grams rice, cooked

Method

Step 1 of 7

Combine sliced chicken and seasoning in a bowl and mix until well coated.

Step 2 of 7

Heat oil in fry pan, then add chicken stirring occasionally until fully cooked, then set aside.

Step 3 of 7

Take sliced pineapple and cook for about 5 minutes each side or until slightly charred.

Step 4 of 7

Open tortilla pouch and heat in microwave on moderate heat for 35 seconds.

Step 5 of 7

Place 1/4 cup of rice in the centre of the tortilla, then top with chicken, black beans, coriander and pineapple.

Step 6 of 7

Drizzle your Smokey Chipotle Sauce at the end for the perfect finish.

Step 7 of 7

Fold up the bottom of the tortilla, then the edges and roll up tightly.
