Greek Style Pita Wraps

- 2 roma tomatoes, quartered lengthways
- 5milliliter oil spray
- 900grams Frozen Birds Eye Golden Crunch Chips - Straight Cut
- 425grams Frozen Birds Eye Oven Bake Fish - Herb & Garlic Crumb
- 2 souvlaki pita breads
- 1tablespoons tzatziki (for serving)
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
Method
Step 1 of 4
Place roma tomatoes on a baking paper lined tray, spray with oil and season to taste. Cook in a preheated oven at 220°C for 8-10 minutes. Remove and keep warm.
Step 2 of 4
Cook desired amount of frozen Birds Eye Chips in the same oven at 220°C for 30-35 minutes. Place 2 frozen Birds Eye Fish fillets on a separate tray and cook with the chips for the last 15-18 minutes or until golden and crunchy.

Meanwhile, warm pita breads following packet directions. Spread with tzatziki and fill with lettuce and onion.
Step 4 of 4
Cut fish in half lengthways and place on top of salad ingredients with tomatoes and chips. Season to taste. Roll up or serve as an open souvlaki.
