  • 120grams mixed salad leaves and healthier garlic bread (to serve)

Description

Recreate takeaway pizza at home, but with a healthier twist. This recipe uses Lebanese bread as the base and is topped with poached chicken, cheese and veggies.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Combine herbs and paste in a small bowl and season with pepper.

Step 2 of 2

Place bread on trays. Spread paste mixture on bread, then top with onion, capsicum, chicken, tomato and cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and cheese has melted. Serve with salad leaves and garlic bread.
