- 2tablespoons ground cumin
- 1/2teaspoons dried oregano
- 1tablespoons paprika
- 1/4teaspoons Woolworths crushed mild chillies
- 370grams Woolworths The Cook's Cuts beef flank steak
- 1 baby cos lettuce, leaves shredded
- 50grams grated tasty cheese
- 1/2 red capsicum, deseeded, sliced
- 1 small avocado, sliced
- 1/2 bunch coriander, leaves picked
- 1 small tomato, finely diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely diced
- 80grams Woolworths no-added salt black beans, rinsed, drained
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 4 large wholegrain tortillas
- 1 clove garlic, crushed

Method
Step 1 of 4
Place 1 tbs oil, cumin, oregano, paprika, chilli and garlic in a glass or ceramic dish. Add steak and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate.

Meanwhile, place lettuce, cheese, capsicum, avocado and half the coriander into separate bowls. Combine tomato, onion, beans, lime juice and remaining coriander in another bowl. Mix well and set aside.
Step 3 of 4
Warm tortillas according to packet instructions.
Step 4 of 4
Serve tortillas, fillings and bean salsa and let everyone serve themselves.
