  • 2tablespoons ground cumin
  • 1/2teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1tablespoons paprika
  • 1/4teaspoons Woolworths crushed mild chillies
  • 370grams Woolworths The Cook's Cuts beef flank steak
  • 1 baby cos lettuce, leaves shredded
  • 50grams grated tasty cheese
  • 1/2 red capsicum, deseeded, sliced
  • 1 small avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 bunch coriander, leaves picked
  • 1 small tomato, finely diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced
  • 80grams Woolworths no-added salt black beans, rinsed, drained
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 4 large wholegrain tortillas
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Method

Step 1 of 4

Place 1 tbs oil, cumin, oregano, paprika, chilli and garlic in a glass or ceramic dish. Add steak and turn to coat. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate.

Step 2 of 4

Meanwhile, place lettuce, cheese, capsicum, avocado and half the coriander into separate bowls. Combine tomato, onion, beans, lime juice and remaining coriander in another bowl. Mix well and set aside.

Step 3 of 4

Warm tortillas according to packet instructions.

Step 4 of 4

Serve tortillas, fillings and bean salsa and let everyone serve themselves.
