- 100grams Woolworths Greek-style natural yoghurt
- 1/4 pink lady apple, grated
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1/3 cup self raising wholemeal flour
- 4 Woolworths free range eggs
- 350grams zucchini, grated
- 1/2 cup tasty cheese, grated
- 5milliliter olive oil cooking spray
- 125grams lean beef mince
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 cup cos lettuce, shredded
- 2 small carrots, grated
- 1 Woolworths soft wholegrain wrap
- 1 kiwi fruit, halved

Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat a small frying pan over medium heat. Spray lightly with oil. Cook mince and cumin, breaking up mince with a wooden spoon, for 3 minutes or until mince is cooked through. Cool for 5 minutes.
Step 2 of 4
Place mince mixture, lettuce and one-third of the carrot on wrap. Wrap to enclose. Serve with kiwi fruit.
Step 3 of 4
Snack 1: Combine yoghurt, apple and cinnamon. Store in an airtight container.
Step 4 of 4
Snack 2: Peheat oven 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Line a 20cm square baking pan with baking paper, allowing paper to hang over 2 opposite sides. Place flour in a large bowl. Beat eggs in a jug, then slowly add egg to flour, whisking until well combined and smooth. Squeeze excess moisture from zucchini. Add zucchini, remaining carrot and cheese to flour mixture, stirring to combine. Pour mixture into pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and set. Set aside to cool for 10 minutes. Use overhanging paper to remove from pan and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Cut into heart and star shapes. Place 2 zucchini bites in lunch box. Store remaining zucchini bites in an airtight container in the fridge.
