- 30grams green beans, trimmed
- 40grams red capsicum
- 5milliliter extra virgin olive oil spray
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 100grams Greek-style yoghurt
- 20grams baby spinach leaves, chopped
- 20grams cheese, grated
- 1 wholegrain wrap
- 2 free-range eggs
- 2tablespoons Woolworths chunky mild salsa

Place wrap on a clean work surface. Place spinach leaves down middle of wrap, then top with omelette. Roll firmly to enclose. Cut in half. Snack 1: Cut green beans and capsicum into sticks.
Snack 2: Top yoghurt with kiwifruit.
Snack 3: Pack salsa in a small tub.
