Method

Step 1 of 2

Place popcorn in a large paper bag and fold top three times to seal tightly. Microwave on high for two minutes or until popping sound starts to slow down.

Transfer popcorn to a bowl and toss to cool. Add carrot, cucumber, apple, seeds and cheese, mix to combine and serve.
