  • 1 wholegrain wrap (for pinwheels)
  • 6 brown rice crackers no salt
  • 1/2 cup seedless red crimson grapes

Step 1 of 2

Spread cream cheese evenly over wrap.

Step 2 of 2

Place ham and carrot down the centre of the wrap, then roll firmly to enclose filling. Trim edges and cut into 4 pinwheels. Snack 1: Place grapes in an airtight container. Snack 2: Serve crackers topped with cheese and cucumber. Snack 3: Place sultanas & sunflower seeds in an airtight container.
