- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 500grams turkey breast strips
- 1 red capsicum, cut into sticks (to serve)
- 2 carrots, cut into sticks (to serve)
- 2 cucumber, cut into sticks (to serve)
- 5milliliter virgin olive oil spray
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 celery, cut into sticks (to serve)

Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place flour, egg and crumbs into 3 separate bowls.
Step 2 of 3
Cut the turkey into wide strips. Lightly coat each piece with flour, dip into egg and coat with breadcrumbs. Place onto tray and spray with oil.
Step 3 of 3
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden, turning halfway through. Serve with crudités, such as carrots and snow peas.
