  • 1/2 small carrot, cut into 3cm-long matchsticks
  • 2 strawberries, hulled, cut into 4 small triangles
  • 8 fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup smooth ricotta

Step 1 of 2

Cut apple into 8 wedges, then cut off the pointed triangle edge so wedge sits flat.

Step 2 of 2

Spread rice thins evenly with ricotta. Add 2 apple wedges at top of each for ears, 2 blueberries for eyes, carrot sticks to make whiskers and finish with a strawberry nose. Serve immediately.
