  • 4 vita wheat crispbread 9 grain (for snacks)
  • 1 red apple (for snacks)
  • 1/4 capsicum red
  • 1/2 carrot (for snacks)
  • 1/3 continental cucumber (for snacks)
  • 55grams cheese (save 15g for wrap)
  • 2tablespoons tzatziki dip, for snacks
  • 60grams RSPCA approved chicken breast fillets skinless
  • 1 wholegrain wrap
  • 1/4 avocado

Method

Step 1 of 4

Place 1 wholegrain wrap on a clean work surface.

Step 2 of 4

Place 1/5 avocado, thinly sliced, on centre of tortilla, then top with 1/5 (50g) red capsicum, deseeded, thinly sliced, cooked Australian RSPCA Approved Chicken Breast Fillets Skinless (60g Raw weight), thinly sliced, and 2 tbs (15g) grated Hillview Cheese.

Roll firmly to enclose filling. Wrap burrito in plastic wrap.

Step 4 of 4

Pack next to frozen drink or cool brick in lunch box to keep cool. Snack 1: Cut carrots into sticks and serve it with cucumber and tzatziki. Snack 2: Cut cheese into slices and serve it with the crispbread.
