Description

Method
Step 1 of 2
Place chicken in a large bowl. Add cumin and oregano, then stir to coat. Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 3 minutes on each side or until lightly browned and cooked through.
Step 2 of 2
Place 1 wrap on a flat surface, then top with a quarter each of the cos, cucumber, snow pea shoots, carrot, cabbage and chicken. Roll to enclose filling. Repeat with remaining wraps and filling.
