  • 400grams minced beef
  • 1tablespoons chilli flakes
  • 1teaspoons paprika
  • 1tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 medium egg, free range
  • 10 medium crackers, smashed
  • 2tablespoons canola oil
  • 4 medium brioche buns, sliced in half
  • 80grams iceberg lettuce, torn
  • 1 medium Roma tomato, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, peeled and sliced
  • 80grams cheddar cheese, grated

Description

Spicy beef burgers that are packed with strong intense flavours.

Method

Step 1 of 5

In a bowl, mix together the minced beef, chilli flakes, paprika, mustard, egg and crackers.

Step 2 of 5

Divide the mixture into 4 patties and pack tightly.

Step 3 of 5

Heat up a pan to a medium heat and then add the oil.

Step 4 of 5

Fry the burgers for 6 minutes, flip and fry for a further 6 minutes.

Step 5 of 5

Lightly toast the buns and serve with the burgers, salads and cheese.
