  • 400grams pork shoulder, trimmed of fat, cut into cubes
  • 2tablespoons olive oil
  • 3tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
  • 2teaspoons oregano, dried
  • 1/4teaspoons cumin
  • 1teaspoons paprika
  • 1/3 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 2 cloves garlic

Description

Greek souvlaki skewers are quick and delicious with a lemony herb marinade.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Whisk the oil, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, oregano, cumin, paprika and 1 garlic clove together in a shallow dish and add the pork. Toss to coat, cover and leave to marinate for 1 hour.

Step 2 of 3

Whisk the yoghurt, garlic clove and a tablespoon of lemon juice together to make a dip.

Step 3 of 3

Thread the pork on to soaked wooden or metal skewers and cook under the grill or on the BBQ for 10-12 minutes, until cooked through. Serve with the dip.
