  • 600grams minced pork
  • 1tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1tablespoons oregano, chopped
  • 4tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 egg, free range
  • 80grams panko bread crumbs
  • 4 medium brioche buns, sliced in half
  • 80grams iceberg lettuce, torn
  • 1 medium Roma tomato, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, peeled and sliced
  • 4 slices chilli cheese

Description

These pork burgers are full of aroma and herbal flavours with a refreshing mayonnaise.

Method

Step 1 of 5

In a bowl, mix together the pork, bread crumbs, herbs and egg.

Step 2 of 5

Divide the mixture into 4 patties and pack tightly.

Step 3 of 5

Heat up a pan to a medium heat and then add the oil.

Step 4 of 5

Fry the burgers for 6 minutes, flip and fry for a further 6 minutes.

Step 5 of 5

Lightly toast the buns and serve with the burgers, mayonnaise, salads and cheese.
