Method

Step 1 of 6

Heat up your BBQ.

Step 2 of 6

BBQ the 4 slices of pork on the BBQ for 10 minutes turning regularly.

Step 3 of 6

Combine the rest of the ingredients together fully in a bowl.

Step 4 of 6

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.

Step 5 of 6

Remove the pork pieces from the BBQ and allow to cool.

Step 6 of 6

Wrap fully in the crumb mixture and bake in the oven for 10 minutes until crispy and serve with a choice of condiments.
